I’m really excited about these new shirts in my shop, they turned out great!!

I’ve been experimenting with sewing today, with some super cool Doodlecats fabric I had printed. Now I’ve settled on a design I like, I’ll be making up these pouches over the next day or so to list in my shop.

Also today, the postman delivered something I’ve been waiting for 6 weeks for – Doodlecats printed on black acrylic for necklaces and earrings. They were definitely worth the wait!!

The next design in my new range of t-shirts is now available! I’m so happy with it!

I’m a bit obsessed with stationery as well as cats and have a bit of a notebook addiction. When I saw some tiny notebooks in Staples the other day I just knew I had to make mini Doodlecat versions. These are A7 (4.1 x. 2.9 inches, 105 x 74 mm) so they’re perfect for keeping in your purse or handbag and using for little notes, lists etc.

Ages ago I designed a pattern of sleepy cats. I’ve had it printed on fabric by Spoonflower.com and I love how it’s turned out. Spoonflower is great but their shipping times are so long. I feel like I’ve been waiting forever for my fabric to arrive.

I also used some fabric I had printed a while ago to make these cute gingham purses.

I’ve been busy recently creating some new cards for my shop and stall. They’re finally on sale on Etsy and I’ll have them on my stall this weekend at the Tobacco Factory Market, Bristol.

It’s father’s day on the 17th of June in the UK and various other places around the world.

Many of you have been requesting these for a while and I’ve finally got my act together and started creating some. They are 100% cotton shopping bags, perfect for folding up small and keeping in your handbag for when you pop to the shops. I’m still experimenting but a few are available in my shop. I’ve chosen a small collection of colours – pink, purple, turquoisey-blue and natural. The bright colours are my favourite, so many bags are natural colour, sometimes it’s nice to add a splash of colour to your day! I am also thinking about doing the deeper bags which are a wider box design so you can fit more in.

I’ve been meaning to design these for so long now. I decided to do a few colour versions. I’m not a big fan of over the top pinkness but I know there are children out there who are so I’ve done a super pink version and a couple of more colourful combinations.

I want to a range of party stuff like bunting etc so watch this space!

I’m also thinking of doing a downloadable version so people can print as many as they like.

I’ve been waiting in for this delivery all week! I’m so glad it’s here. Unfortunatley I’ve been knocked out by some kind of mystery illness and just taking these photos has left me exhausted so I’m going to leave photographing them all properly and listing them for sale will have to wait till I’m feeling better.
